Burnley completed the signing of Caldwell from Sunderland, just minutes before the transfer deadline in January 2007. The centre-back signed a three-and-a-half year deal at Turf Moor for an initial £200,000. A further £200,000 will be payable to Sunderland at a later date. The Scot is the Clarets current club captain. |
